祖父由教養介入對外籍配偶由親與幼兒影響之初探

The effect of grandparents parenting intervention for foreign spouses of mother and their child

本研究旨在探討外籍配偶母親對幼兒進行教養行為時，祖父母在母親教養上的介入情形以及對母親與幼兒的影響。以自編的問卷作為研究工具，並採半結構式的訪談進行資料蒐集。選擇金門地區三代同堂之七位外籍配偶為訪談對象(三位大陸籍與四位印尼籍)。結果顯示，七位受訪者均表示曾在教養子女時，公婆有介入的1育況。最常的是在母親對幼兒進行處罰、管教等教養行為時，其次是生活自理的部份，例如:吃飯、添加衣物，第三則為文化習俗不同時，公婆會直接告知母親應該如何處理。介入程度可分為:寵愛型一替孫子女求1育或是打圓場、專制型不准媽媽再施行處罰的行為，以及開明型一尊重媽媽的決定。而母親的反應，一是直接與公婆溝通自己的教養觀念。二是避免衝突，當公婆介入時就不再責罰孩子。另外，大陸籍配偶大都採取直接溝通的方式，印尼外籍配偶則多採取退讓、容忍或是軟性溝通方式，顯示出不同文化的差異。另外，孩子會因祖父母介入而轉向他們尋求保護，對於母親的指令會有不同的表現行為，造成母親教養上的困難。本研究亦提出相關建議，供各界日後推動外籍配偶親職教育及未來研究之參考。

Thepu中oses of this study were to explore the situation of the grandparl凹的to step in the foreign spouse's parenting and the influence of interference on mother and child. This research adopted semi-structured interview的compile information.The respondents were foreign spouses who lived in three-generation family in kin-63 men. According to the preliminary analysis， the m句or conclusions were as follows: 1.Most grandparents would intervene when mother punishment her child. There were two situations will happen on mothers' response. First， they communicated directly with her parents- in-law about the concept of education. The second condition was the foreign spouse avoids having any conflicts with parents-血-law， therefore， when parents- in-law had intervene act， she would stop punishment.Moreover， the child would seek grandparents protect. Therefore， the parenting would be more difficult. According to the result of the research， there were specific recommendations for the parents， relevant government units and future researchers.
