實習,乃幼保系學生取得實務知識之必要途徑。一個系的實習課程之內涵必須奠基在它的教育目標之上,且須與其他專業必選修課程之規劃密切結合。本系近年來並未系統針對實習課程與教育目標及專業課程之間的聯結加以檢視,且於96 學年將教育目標稍做調整。由於如此,本研究從較為全面的角度針對本系的實習課程加以反思與批判,並試著研擬可供本系參考之改善方案。為此目的,筆者首先透過文件分析與訪談釐清本系實習課程之演變歷程、現行內涵及潛隱於其中的理論。其次,筆者透過多重管道蒐集相關資訊,以做為揭露本系實習課程的問題所在與發展或許可行的改善方案之參考。最後,筆者將本系的實習課程與所蒐集到的資料加以對照、分析與討論,進而針對參觀、見習、實習辦法、實習資格、實習機構、實習時點與後續輔導、實作內容與份量及實習歷程中的反省之引導等事項提出改善建議。筆者所提出之建議除可做為本系改善實習課程之依據,還可供其他大學校院之幼保系參考。
英文摘要
Internships are an essential path for students of Early Childhood Care & Education Departments to obtain practical knowledge. The contents of a department’s internship program must be based on its educational goals and then integrated closely with the planning of other professional required and elective courses. The department under study had not systematically reviewed the link among internship courses, educational goals, and professional courses. And its educational goals were adjusted in the 2007 academic year.Therefore, the researcher attempted to develop and formulate an improvement program that can provide a reference for this department by reverse thinking and critique of its internship program. For this research objective, the researcher first clarified the evolution process, the current contents, and the implicit theories of this department’s internship program through artifacts analysis and interviews. Next, the researcher collected relevant information through multiple channels in order to uncover problems of this department’s internship program and provide references for developing a feasible improvement program. Lastly, the researcher compared and analyzed the collected data of this department’s internship courses and then discussed the findings. The researcher further provides suggestions for improvement regarding visiting, learning on the job, internship rules, internship qualification, internship institute, internship schedule and subsequent courses, contents and quantities of actual practices, and guidance of students’ self-reflection during internship process. Suggestions provided by the researcher not only can be the basis for improving this department’s internship program but also can provide a reference for the Early Childhood Care & Education Departments of other universities.
