This article analyzes the pattern and the situation of higher education institutions established by religious organizations in Taiwan and discusses the constitutional problems with the fundamental human rights concerning these institutions in the Constitution of R. 0. C. Furthermore, this article aims to interpret the norms and limits of these institutions regulated by the Fundamental Law of Education and the Law of Private School. Finally, some suggestions will be offered about the legal issues in terms of modifying the laws. |
