非對稱小臼齒拔牙治療合併迷你骨釘之病例報告

Treatment of Asymmetric Premolar Extractions with Mini-implant - Case Report

本篇提出一診斷為骨性三級齒性一級異常咬合之成年男性患者，主訴為齒列不整齊。經過矯正相關檢查及全口牙周狀況評估後，治療計畫上採取非對稱小臼齒拔牙，合併裝置下頓迷你骨釘，以利錯定之控制。治療後，側面外觀和齒列咬合獲得明顯改善。文中將針對本病例中迷你骨釘之使用，與本病例其他可行之治療方式一併予以討論。A case was presented with an adult male patient diagnosed as skeletal class 111 and dental class Ⅰ malocclusion, and complaining of his dental crowding. Undergone orthodontic related examinations and periodontal evaluations, the treatment plan was to combine atypical extraction with insertion of mini-implants into mandible, in order to facilitate control of anchorage. After the treatment, lateral profile and occlusion were both apparently improved , Discussions were made about usage of mini-implants in this case and other possible ways to treat the patient.
