後牙錯咬在乳牙及混合齒列時期為常見的不正咬合類型，治療後牙錯咬的方法有很多種， 包括使用快速上讀擴張(rapid maxillary expansion ) 、qu ad-hel ix 裝置、活動式擴張板( removable expansion plate) 、牙齒修磨(grinding) 和樹脂咬合墊高(compo site onlay) 等。本篇文章主要是針對Quad helix 裝置治療後牙錯咬做文獻回顧報告，內容探討範圍包括裝置的演進與製作、臨床調整、裝置的優缺點與其作用等。；Posterior crossbite is a common malocclusion in the deciduous or mixed dentition. Various techniques of posterior crossbite correction have been suggested, including rapid maxillary expansion, s low expansion with a quad-helix appliance or removable expansion plate, grinding, and composite onlay. The aim of this article is to review the fabrication, clinical adjustment, advantages and disadvantages, and functions of the quad-helix appliance.
