齒額矯正器械具有許多合鎳物質，鎳為日常生活中最容易引起人體過敏的金屬。而鎳過敏屬於一種遲發性反應，患者在接觸鎳後24~72小時才會有症狀，此現象往往造成診斷與處理上的延誤。本文在透過文獻回顧，進而希望在臨床上能更正確地診斷與預防接觸性鎳過敏問題。Nickel containing appliances are widely used in orthodontic practice. Nickel allergy is a type of delayed hypersensitivity, sign and symptom wouldn't become obvious 24 - 72 hrs after initial nickel contact, making first hand diagnosis and treatment difficult. The aim of this article is to review diagnosis and prevention options for managing nickel allergy. |
