Therefore, in order to promote the high-quality development of digital economy, the only route is to cultivate the market of data elements, promote the circulation and utilization of data elements, and meet the challenges brought by market circulation in data confirmation and data security. Therefore, it is necessary to deconstruct the legal relationship in the circulation and transaction of data elements, clarify the function and position of technology embedding, and emphasize the significance of realizing“the integration of digital and reality”in application scenarios.
