中文摘要 一個引人入勝的工作場所必須有令人愉悅的氛圍,才能吸引和留住合適的員工。工作樂趣包括參與性、溝通性、互動性和娛樂性的職責和活動,有助於營造身臨其境的工作場所。本研究將工作場所趣味性、員工的創新工作場所行為、組織承諾和社會化資源與心理資本相結合,以確定工作場所趣味性對員工創新工作場所行為的影響。本研究採用便利抽樣技術,通過問卷調查的方式收集了410位員工受訪者的資料。本研究的參與者是在臺灣就業的員工。研究結果表明,職場趣味對心理資本有顯著影響,而心理資本對職場創新行為有顯著影響。此外,組織承諾與職場創新行為之間也存在顯著關聯。在變數的間接影響方面,心理資本和組織承諾在工作場所趣味性和工作場所創新行為之間起到了中介作用。最後,本研究提供了一些理論貢獻和實踐意義,供相關行業和學術界參考。
英文摘要 An engaging workplace must have a pleasant atmosphere to attract and retain the right staff. Fun at work includes engaging, communicative, interactive, and entertaining duties and activities that contribute to an immersive workplace. This study integrates workplace fun, employees’innovative workplace behavior, organizational commitment, and socialization resources with psychological capital to determine the effect of workplace fun on employees’innovative workplace behavior. It applies a convenience sampling technique to collect data with the help of a questionnaire from a sample of 410 respondents who are workers employed in Taiwan. The results of this study present that workplace fun has a significant effect on psychological capital. Psychological capital has significant effects on organizational commitment and innovative workplace behavior, while there is a significant association between organizational commitment and innovative workplace behavior. Regarding the indirect effect of variables, psychological capital and organizational commitment act as mediators between workplace fun and innovative workplace behavior. Finally, this study offers some theoretical and practical implications for reference by industries and academics.
