| 英文摘要 |
Under the structure of the EU, it is one of the tasks of the Euratom to make certain that nuclear materials are not diverted to purposes other than those for which they are intended. The Euratom sets up its own system of safeguards, very similar to the one under the IAEA. This article aims to explore the EU/Euratom nuclear safeguards system and legal framework, especially the proposal for a new (revised) Commission Regulation on the application of Euratom safeguards which is worthy of attention. |
