| 英文摘要 |
The Agreement on Investment Facilitation for Development intends to improve efficiency by increasing transparency, predictability and simplifying administrative procedures, while strengthening coordination among countries and promoting international cooperation. It aims to promote the effective flow of investment to obtain maximum benefits, so as to facilitate the attraction of investment by developing countries and least developed countries, in order to achieve the goal of sustainable development. However, the biggest challenge facing the Agreement is whether it can be incorporated into the WTO rulebook in the future. |
