| 英文摘要 | This article explains the basis of the dualistic distinction between norms of conduct and sanction norms, which is associated with Karl Binding but goes back to Jeremy Bentham. Their concept of norms is defended against objections, especially of a monistic theory of norm. Finally, it is shown why the violationof a norm of conduct is punished. |
