In the context of incessant changes and improvements of science and technology, virtual currency, in particular, though yet recognized as legal currency by most countries, has gradually become a transaction medium accepted by many businesses, setting a trend in the financial market not to be underestimated. How to specify relevant rights in laws, the feasibility of entrusting fragmented real estate, and protection of such new types of transaction will become new important research topics in the future. |
