Article 12, paragraph 2 of the Regulations for Agricultural Lands Constructing Farmhouse: “The agricultural land that has been applied for the construction of farmhouses shall not be divided before the control of the cadastral map overlay is lifted.” The judgments of the courts are inconsistent on whether this provision exceeds the scope of authorization stipulated in Article 18, Paragraph 5 of the Agricultural Development Act. This article selects and explains several court decisions on this subject. |
