| 英文摘要 | The very notion of risk communication originated from the environmental field in the United States in the 1980s. Later, it uas applied to the area of food safety. By rendering the whole process of risk assessment and risk management transparent, risk communication of food safety can effectively help dissolve negative feelings in the public, such as suspicions of potential hazards due to the distrust of the government. |
