The verdict is always based on the change of public opinion, it is bound to cause some impact on the credibility of justice. Constructing a good mechanism between public opinion and judicial decision, we should strengthen the protection on the rights of vulnerable groups, create a benign social system, comply with the principle of legality strictly, establish judicial independence based on independent exercise of powers within the framework of law. |
