| 英文摘要 | This article not only clarifies the related concepts in civil procedures, including default judgment, bench judgment, judgment based on bilateral defense and judgment based on unilateral defense, but also analyze the types of default judgments in our country. Moreover, the article overall reviews the deficiencies of the present default judgment systems, and comes up with pointed and constructive optimized suggestions. |
