| 英文摘要 | The study results show that the hospital training programs improved overall role competency of the nurse practitioners, especially on direct care and academic competency. These training programs need to be further strengthening on the developing of leadership, ethical decision-making, consultation, communication, and medical auxiliary behaviors competency. |
