At present, China is still in a social transformation period, and its basic social contradictions have many characteristics, such as its multiple forms and diversification. The endlessly emerging grassroots social contradictions have profound social causes, and thus mean they are neither rational nor realistic. Therefore, a correct understanding of disputes, scientific analysis of the causes, and innovation in preventing and resolving mechanisms is necessary for the construction of the rule of law and peace in China. |
