中文摘要 | As “[laws], in their most general signification, are the necessary relations arising from the nature of things” and “the center of gravity of legal development lies not in legislation, nor in juristic science, nor in judicial decision, but in society itself”, economic analysis, which mainly studies human choices under the condition of scarcity, became the dominant approach to study trademark laws after it was introduced in the 1970s. since the beginning of the new century, many interdisciplinary approaches, such as semiotics, which mainly studies the significance of signs and psychology, which mainly studies the cognition and the mind processing behind human behaviors, etc., were applied to the study of trademark law and enriched the approaches to the study of trademark law. |
