| 英文摘要 |
Care needs is the key to the long-term care benefits. Although Article 8 of the Long- Term Care Services Act provides for assessment units, and through legislative mandates to define standards, qualifications of staff and other related matters; there is still a need for a uniform definition of care needs, assessment procedures, assessment guideline and evaluation criteria to shape that the integrity of assessment provide public a fair benefit chance in the long-term care services and improve assessment on the quality of care needs. |
