本篇報告6 例育齡女性因急性腹痛到急診就醫，最後皆經手術與病理診斷為成熟卵巢畸胎瘤併扭轉；仔細檢視這6 例下腹X 光片，可見有異常鈣化現象，由於急性腹痛的可能原因很多，加上成熟卵巢畸胎瘤為腹內良性腫瘤，多數病人臨床上並無特異表現，急診醫師有漏診之虞，若能詳查此X 光片特徵，應能早期診斷，也能避免遺漏。 |
| 英文摘要 |
We reported six patients with mature ovarian teratoma with torsion. Most mature ovarian teratomas are found incidentally. A few cases, patients visit an emergency department with acute abdominal pain that is the result of tumor torsion. There are no specific manifestations except unusual calcification in a lower abdomen X-ray. Emergency physicians should note the signs and remain alert to the possibility of mature ovarian teratoma with torsion. |
