| 英文摘要 | Contracture of the extensor hallucis longus (EHL) after fractures is an uncommon condition. It causes deformity and limitation of the big toe. We report a case of 25-yearold woman had contracture of EHL after tibial and fibular midshaft fractures. The patient was successfully managed with Z-lengthening of the EHL tendon. This report highlights the rarity of the present case, which was possibly caused by fibular midshaft fracture and induced scarring of muscular origin. |
