同一條顱內血管發生雙動脈瘤，在自發性蜘蛛網膜下腔出血病患中，是很罕見的。然而，一般臨床上常利用電腦斷層血管攝影方式，作為動脈瘤手術前的評估，在這種罕見的情況下，是可能無法預測的。在此，我們報告一例同一條顱內血管發生雙動脈瘤的個案，並強調傳統血管攝影在此病症或複雜性血管病灶的重要性。 |
| 英文摘要 |
Double aneurysms of the same artery are a rare entity in patients harboring spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhages. However, the effectiveness of computed tomographic angiography in the diagnosis of this rare condition remains unknown, especially for the pre-operative surgical planning. We reported herein a case of double aneurysms of the same artery and emphasized the importance of digital subtraction angiography in this complicated cerebrovascular disease. |
