脊髓腦膜瘤合併骨質鈣化在脊髓腦膜瘤中並不常見，且多數脊髓腦膜瘤位於脊髓的後外側部位。在脊髓腦膜瘤合併有骨質鈣化且腫瘤位於脊髓前側的病例中，移除腫瘤前實行中心減積術會造成手術的困難。我們報告一個脊髓腦膜瘤合併骨質鈣化且位於脊髓前側部位的病例，並且討論如何處理此類型的脊髓腦膜瘤與術前如何評估鈣化性脊髓腦膜瘤的緻密度。 |
| 英文摘要 |
Spinal meningiomas with calcification and bony consistency are uncommon and most spinal meningiomas are located posterolateral to the spinal cord. Bony calcifications anterior to the spinal cord cause surgical difficulties when central debulking is conducted before removing the tumor. We present a case of spinal meningioma with bony calcification located anterior to the spinal cord and discuss the management of this type of meningioma and how to evaluate the density of a spinal meningioma prior to operation. |
