Social media has become an important tool in modern society. Although social media have brought many conveniences to the public, it may cause the loss of privacy. According to the survey results, there are more and more teenagers being used to utilize social media to communicate with their friends. Therefore, how to protect their privacy has become a critical social issue. By using documentary analysis, the study claims that the definition and development of social media first, then the loss of privacy for social networks and explain how to teach the teenagers to use social media correctly through taking some specific examples. Finally, the study suggested that the social media producer, government, school, and family may set relevant regulations and systems to protect the privacy of teenagers and provide them a safe online environment. |
