教練式的專業發展在國外的實證研究已證明為有效促進教師專業發展的方法,學生中心的教練更是新一代教練的核心觀念,在國外行之有年並且有效應用於教育現場的教練制度實有推動的價值。本文經由對學生中心教練的意義與目的、步驟與方法的探討,了解其在教育現場實施的可行性,繼而探究以學生中心教練促進教師專業發展的策略,藉以提供教師專業發展的嶄新思考。然而若放諸國內教育現場觀之,教練制度仍屬啟蒙階段,遑論第三代的學生中心教練模式,因此提出未來展望做為後續實施教師專業發展的參考。

英文摘要

The main purpose of this study is to demonstrate the process for student-centered coaching on teacher professional development. Empirical studies of professional development coaching abroad has proved to be an effective method to promote professional development. Further, student-centered coaching is turning to be the core concept of a new generation of coaching. The researcher provides the meaning and purpose for student-centered coaching, the procedure and methods of its implementation on education. According to the findings, the researcher suggests the strategies to promote the new generation of coaching for teacher professional development.
