中文摘要 | 本研究以102學年度五都之高中職特殊教育教師為研究對象,採問卷調查法,探討高中職特殊教育教師專業發展評鑑與教師效能之關係。本研究主要獲致以下結論:高中職特殊教育教師專業發展評鑑與教師效能現況為中上程度;高中職特殊教育教師專業發展評鑑會因年資、年齡、學歷、學校體系及參與評鑑年資的不同而有顯著差異;高中職特殊教育教師效能會因年齡、學歷及學校體系的不同而有顯著差異;高中職特殊教育教師專業發展評鑑對教師效能具有預測作用。最後,分別對教育行政機關、高中職特殊教育教師及未來相關研究提出建議。 |
英文摘要 | This study aimed to investigate teachers’ professional development evaluation and teacher efficacy of special education teachers in high schools and vocational high schools. The participants in the study were special education teachers in high schools and vocational high schools in five municipalities. The conclusions of this study were as follows: The current condition of teachers’ professional development evaluation and teacher efficacy of special education teachers in high schools and vocational high schools was highly above than medium degree; there were significant differences caused by the variations in years of teaching, ages, education, school systems, and experience of participating in the evaluation in Teachers’ Professional Development Evaluation of special education teachers; there were significant differences caused by the variations in ages, education, and school systems in teacher efficacy of special education teachers in high schools and vocational high schools; teachers’ professional development evaluation of special education teachers in high schools and vocational high schools could predict teacher efficacy. The study offered some implications for educational administrations, special education teachers in high schools and vocational high schools and future researchers. |
