中文摘要 | 本篇報告為敘述一名22 歲男性越南籍勞工,因工作受傷,需接受重建手術,在恢復室期間之照護經驗。護理期間自2013 年10 月22 日14:20 至16:15,筆者以傾聽、會談、身體評估做主客觀資料的收集,運用整體性評估,確立個案有手術後的組織完整性受損、疼痛及擔心左手食指功能而產生的輕度焦慮等三項護理問題。護理期間筆者在恢復室藉由同理心、關懷,與手術後即刻護理,在與廠長和朋友之間的相互合作下,協助維護術後患肢的組織灌流,確保重建肢體傷口修復及緩解傷口疼痛,並深入了解外籍勞工在醫病溝通時的需求,澄清心中問題,以降低個案的焦慮。台灣處於多元化社會,建議能進一步規劃簡易醫療外語的訓練,如越南、印尼、菲律賓、泰國語等,亦可發展多媒體及平面衛教資料,協助臨床護理人員在面對各國籍病人時使用。 |
英文摘要 | This report describes the recovery room nursing experience of a 22-year-old Vietnamese male worker after undergoing reconstructive surgery due to an injury. Nursing took place from 14:20 to 16:15 on October 22, 2013. Both objective and subjective data were collected by the author through listening, interviewing, and physical assessment. A comprehensive assessment was performed and identified three nursing care areas of need: 1) post-surgery impaired tissue integrity; 2) pain; and, 3) mild anxiety due to concern over left index finger function. The author was compassionate and caring, engaging in immediate postoperative nursing, and cooperating with the factory director and friends. Consequently, tissue perfusion in the affected area was maintained and wound pain was alleviated. After gaining a better understanding of the foreign worker’s needs during communication with the hospital staff, the author was able to clear away mental issues and reduce the patient’s anxiety. Taiwan is becoming an immigrating society. It is recommended to provide simple medical language training for healthcare providers, such as Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thai. …, etc. Development of multimedia and graphic health education information with different languages to help clinical nurses to use when facing foreigners is also critical. |
