中文摘要 | 學校教育成功與否,有許多的指標。其中,自我概念是學校提升學生學習成就的主要結果變項或指標。在教育情境中,個體使用他人表現去評斷自己的能力,根據大魚小池效應的概念,自我概念正向預測個體成就表現,但負向預測個體所屬班級或學校平均成就表現。大魚小池效應的立論在學業領域得到頗為一致的支持,在運動領域也得到初步的驗證,且在實際應用上,也傳遞了一些有意義的訊息。本文主要在描述大魚小池的概念,並提出體育班學生提升 (或避免降低) 正向自我概念的可能策略,以促進正向的成就行為,最後提出未來研究及努力方向。 |
英文摘要 | School education has many success indicators, self-concept is to enhance students learning achievement in school principal results of variables or indicators. In education contexts, individuals use the performances of others to evaluate their own competence. The big-fish-little-pond effect (BFLPE) in education settings, self-concept is positively predicted by one’s achievement but negatively predicted by the average achievement of others in one’s school or class. BFLPE assumptions in academic domain to be quite consistent support in the field of sports has also been preliminary verification, in practical application, also transfer some meaningful information. In sport situation we hope that the students have a good self-concept, to promote the positive achievements behavior. Finally, the literary provided some implications for physical education teachers and athletic class teachers/coaches possible ways and future work direction. |
