本文的目的旨在探討張元素「臟腑論治」理論的影響，張元素傳承《內經》「藏象學說」、「五臟苦欲」和「五味入臟」的理論，建立完整的「臟腑論治」與「藥物歸經」的體系，奠定後世「臟腑辨證論治」和藥物使用的基礎，也影響現代中醫師的臨床用藥習慣。除了中醫學術上的成就，無私的教學有助於後代醫學的進步，也值得為人師者學習。

The purpose of this paper was to investigate the influence of bowels and viscera therapy’s theory from Yuan-su Zhang. Inherited the theory of the“visceral manifestation”, the “like or dislike of five visceral system” and the “five flavors into organs” from the Nei Jing, Yuan-su Zhang had established a complete system about “bowels and viscera therapy” and “drug channel-entry”. Those may lay the foundation for the later diagnosis and treatment of organs & herbal drugs therapy. He also affected the habits of modern practitioners of clinical medicine. In addition to the academic study of traditional Chinese medicine , he did teach everything what he had known. That would help to improve future medical advances and be also worth the other teacher to learn.
