| 中文摘要 | 目的：本文目的是為了研究中醫實習期間的實習表現與中醫國家考試結果之相關性。 材料與方法：本研究採用回溯性分析，自2008 年至2012 年蒐集南部某醫學中心共89 位中醫實習醫學生其年齡、性別、校系、教學活動出席率、及實習期間的實習成績，比較這些因子與畢業當年中醫國家考試通過與否之相關性。資料分析使用統計軟體 SPSS (version 17.0) ，並採取多因子變異數分析(ANOVA)、多變項線性迴歸(multiple linear regression)、及邏輯迴歸(logistic regression) 等統計方式，P 值<0.05 則達到統計學意義。 結果：我們的研究結果顯示，實習成績與中醫國考通過與否相關性最大，並達到統計學上的意義(p<0.001)。雖然單獨出席率並未與國考通過率有相關性，但結合實習成績與出席率兩變項則與國考通過率表現出統計學上的意義。中醫國家考試通過率趨勢傾向於實習期間學習分數高、出席次數較多、年齡較輕、及男性的實習醫學生。 結論：本研究顯示，教學醫院中醫實習醫學生之實習成績與中醫師國家考試的通過率具有正相關性。 |
| 英文摘要 | Objective: The aim of this study is to determine whether correlation exists between the internship performance and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) licensing examination. Methods: This retrospective study enrolled 89 interns of a medical center in southern Taiwan from 2008 to 2012.Their ages, sex, present percentage, scores of TCM internship represented as internship performance were analyzed to determined the correlation with TCM licensing exam (passage or failure).Data were analyzed with ANOVA analysis, multiple linear regressions, and logistic regression to assess the correlation between TCM licensing examination and the internship performance. P value was set significance if it is less than 0.05. Results: The results showed that only the score during internship was highly significantly correlated with TCM licensing exam (p < 0.001). The present percentage during internship did not demonstrated its significance with TCM licensing exam, however, it showed statistically significant by accompanying with internship scores (p < 0.001) though multiple linear regression analysis. The results presented a tendency toward young, male, present, and high score students to pass TCM listening exam. Conclusions: Our results revealed a positive correlation exits between the scores during internship and TCM licensing examination. |
