中文摘要 | 由於部分高齡者或上肢障礙者無法進行手部巧緻動作,故居家生活中水龍頭的操作必須考慮到其"通用性",亦即水龍頭所需之操作負荷必須有適度之規範。因此,本研究首先針對撥桿式、螺旋式、球型閥、按壓式等四種日常生活中常用之水龍頭,觀察其不同族群之操作行為並進行分析。據此,利用自行設計之結構,配合扭力感應器、力量傳感器及資料擷取系統等,建立了一可精確量測水龍頭操作負荷之檢測平台,並實際進行水龍頭在有水與無水情況下之量測實驗。結果顯示,本研究開發之水龍頭操作負荷檢測方法為一有效精準的方法,可作為未來推動水龍頭認證及檢測之依據,亦可作為增訂修正中華民國國家標準(Chinese National Standards,CNS)相關規定之參考。 |
英文摘要 | Because some of the elderly or those with upper limb disabilities are not capable of complex hand movement, the operation of the faucet in home life must take into account its “universality", i.e., the required operating load must have appropriate specifications. Thus, in this study, focusing on four types of faucet used in daily life composed of lever type, screw type, ball-valve type and push type, the operating behaviors for different ethnic groups were first observed and investigated. Accordingly, with the utilization of a self-designed device combined with a torque sensor, load cell and analog/digital data acquisition system, an accurate measuring platform for the operating load of the faucets was established. Thus, two measuring experiments with and without water exerted were practically performed. The results show that the measuring methods for the operating load of the faucets developed in this study are accurate and effective, and thus can be considered to confirm the evidence for certification and examination of faucet design, as well as a reference for the revision of the Chinese National Standards (CNS). |
