Crisis and Prospective of Theory and Practice Coordination in Public Administration

本文藉由分析5篇2017～2018年公共行政研究論文，探討當前公共行政學術與實務整合的問題與特性，同時也對照臺灣公共行政學術與實務發展現況，進而主張整合學術與實務，將是未來公共行政能持續發展的關鍵因素。作者同時認為落實整合不只是原則或口號，更需要調整個人研究重心，以期能重塑整體學科形象。

By studied 5 research papers of Public Administration (PA) between 2107~2018,this paper analysis problems and characters of theory/practice c coordination in PA, andimportant issues that PA society of Taiwan needs to care. Definitely, to coordinatetheory and practice is key to sustainable development in the future of PA, but the societynot only accept principles or slogans, but also needs to change personal research focusand even rebuild image of PA.
