台北慈濟醫院啟業迄今不斷在醫療品質與病人安全作業方面精進與創新,致力為社會大眾提供更佳的就醫經驗。本院鼓勵醫護同仁參加專業培訓,以提升其專業技能和知識,迎接日益增加的醫療需求。本院積極推廣醫療倫理和人文關懷,倡導以同理心和尊重來對待每位病人,確保他們感到溫馨與安心。透過導入最新智能化系統實現自動化、目視化和即時化,旨在減輕醫護同仁工作負擔,強化警訊系統,促進早期介入與預防,從而提升病人安全。我們堅信,持續秉持「以人為本」的醫療理念將激勵團隊不斷努力,為病人提供更優質的醫療品質並確保病人安全。

 

英文摘要

Since its establishment, Taipei Tzu Chi Hospital has continuously advanced and innovated in medical quality and patient safety, striving to provide the public with a superior health-care experience. We encourage medical staff to participate in professional training to enhance their skills and knowledge, meeting the growing health-care demands. We actively promote medical ethics and humanistic care, advocating for treating every patient with empathy and respect to ensure that they feel welcomed and safe. By implementing the latest intelligent systems for automation, visualization, and immediacy, our aim is to reduce the workload of our medical staff, strengthen the alert system, and enhance early intervention and prevention, thereby improving patient safety. We believe that steadfastly adhering to a patient-centered philosophy will inspire our team to continuously strive to provide patients with higher-quality medical care and ensure their safety.
