本院秉持「關懷、品質、紀律、創新」的核心價值，透過單位擬定的計畫、執行、檢核、行動之管理循環，建構全院系統化品質管理策略。醫療品質與病人安全需要全院共同參與推動，參照醫療團隊運作模式落實臨床實務運用，結合擬真教案設計及帶狀循環課程排定，以擬真情境模擬實際操作及體驗，學習處理病人的臨床技能、團隊合作，另融合智慧化輔助，培養各部科醫師參與及帶領醫院品管任務，以展現卓越醫療品質及病人安全。

 

Our institution adheres to the core values of "care, quality, discipline, and innovation." We implemented a comprehensive, systematic quality management strategy throughout the hospital. We also implemented a management cycle of planning, execution, verification, and action proposed by various units. Enhancing health-care quality and patient safety requires the collective participation of the entire hospital in implementing clinical practices based on the medical team’s operational model. We achieve this through the integration of realistic case study designs and looped course scheduling, employing high-fidelity simulation scenarios for actual operation and experiential learning in handling patient clinical skills and teamwork. Coupled with smart assistance, we encourage physicians from all departments to participate in and lead hospital quality control tasks, thereby demonstrating exceptional health care quality and patient safety.
