建立醫院防火安全機制：現狀、預防和未來趨勢

Current Status, Disaster Prevention, and Future Trends of Fire Safety Systems in Hospitals

由於醫院主要照護行動較為不便的病患，因此醫院的防火安全至關重要，為了確保醫院的安全，防火措施和安全設施的建構變得迫切重要。本文將探討防火安全對醫院的重要性，以及如何運用軟體設計的改善來提升火災的減災預防、準備、應變、復原相關危機管理計畫與緊急應變措施，透過硬體設施來建構有效防火區劃及適宜的逃生疏散動線，並且彙整醫院評鑑相關防火基準主要訪查輔導內容，作為各醫院規劃消防安全整體計畫的參考。最後提出防火安全未來可能的發展趨勢，期望透過各面向的建議，提升醫院照護環境安全政策、目標、計畫，人員教育訓練等規劃參考，以確保提升醫院防火消防之能力，保障員工、訪客與病人之安全。

 

Fire safety measures and facilities are crucial component of hospitals, which are frequently visited by patients with reduced mobility. Given the importance of safety systems in hospitals, this study explored the crucial role of fire safety in hospitals and the implementation of software improvement for enhancing crisis management and measures related to fire disaster prevention, preparedness, response, and recovery. Deployment of hardware facilities was examined to achieve effective fire zoning and devise appropriate escape and evacuation route plans. Records of interviews and consultations on hospital evaluations related to fire safety standards were compiled to provide referential information for hospital administrators to create a fire safety master plan. Finally, the potential future development trend of fire safety was discussed from various perspectives to improve policies, goals, plans, and personnel education related to hospital safety. This in turn safeguards the safety of hospital staff, visitors, and patients.
