繫活與SNA交流學習實踐研究會之創立及運營成效

Tsunakatsu and Results of the founding and operation of SNA-COIL (Association for Social Networking Approach and Collaborative Online International Learning)

筆者於2019年3月1日在韓國全國性規模之專業學會「韓國日語教育學會」中，史無前例地成為首位非韓國人之學會會長。然而，被稱之為「戰後最惡劣的日韓關係」的狀況中，大規模的示威運動與相關活動的中止等，以及伴隨著新型冠狀病毒的疫情而陷入兩大逆境。抱持著「轉禍為福」的信念，身為一位日本人會長將會面臨何種挑戰，又會發現何種成效與啟示呢？正如檢校（2021）的研究，一言以蔽之，即是「連繫的日語教育」之重要性以及其影響力。筆者將此相關活動稱之為「繋活(つなかつ)」並推動之。

2021年4月，不僅創立了SNA交流學習實踐研究會(SNA-COIL)，並與韓國日語教育學會簽訂MOU，更是加入韓國日語教育網路（NET-JEK）。SNA-COIL為了透過媒合系統與更多的教育現場鏈結，與首爾日本文化交流中心合作推動交流學習。此外，舉辦SNA的交流・專題導向式學習之研究發表的線上交流會，支持韓國以外的日語教育研究會活動之推動。

 

The author overcame history and became the first non-Korean president of KAJE, a nationwide professional society in Korea, on March 1, 2019. However, the situation has been called "the worst postwar relationship between Japan and Korea," and the two countries have faced two major headwinds along with the Corona disaster, including demonstrations and the cancellation of related events. In the spirit of "turning a disaster into a blessing," what challenges did the Japanese chairman take on and what results and insights did he find? In a nutshell, it is the importance and power of "Japanese language education of connection. The author promotes these activities under the name of "Tsunakatsu.

SNA-COIL has been conducting study group activities to support Japanese language education over Korea by presenting research on SNA-based learning and holding online exchange meetings for matching.
