本研究以火焰離子化偵測器(Flame Ionization Detector, FID)及紅外線影像氣體偵測器(Infrared Imaging Gas Detector, Gas Find IR),針對石化工業區工廠之設備元件進行揮發性有機物(Volatile Organic Compounds, VOCs)洩漏檢測。研究中收集整理 80,441 點次設備元件抽測資料先進行 Kolmogorov-Smirnov 檢定,確認採用無母數檢定分析,依設備元件型式分類洩漏率高低依序為泵(2.027%)、開口(0.521%)、釋壓裝置(0.252%)、連接頭(0.192%)、法蘭(0.162%)、閥(0.156%)。將元件分類進行卡方檢定,以(p<0.05)顯示各元件之洩漏狀況達顯著差異。依流體分類,氣體的洩漏率(0.339%)大於液體的洩漏率(0.180%),進行卡方檢定,以 (p<0.05)顯示不同流體之洩漏狀況達顯著差異。本研究結果建議工廠人員於日常巡檢時應經常檢查洩漏的熱區,除了定期使用 FID 檢測外,應搭配 Gas Find IR,以建立快速檢測之優勢。 |

In this study, flame ionization detector (FID) and infrared imaging gas detector (Gas Find IR) were used to detect volatile organic compounds (VOCs) of equipment components in petrochemical industrial parks for leak detection. The sampling data of 80,441 points of equipment components were collected and sorted, and the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was performed to confirm that the analysis was used. According to the type of equipment components, the leakage proportion was pump (2.027%), opening ended (0.521%), pressure relief device (0.252%), connector (0.192%), flange (0.162%), valve (0.156%). The components classified by test (p<0.05) showed that the leakage status of each component was significantly different. According to the classification of fluid, the leakage proportion of gas (0.339%) was greater than that of liquid (0.180%) and Chi-square test was performed to show that the leakage of different fluids was significantly different (p<0.05). The results suggested that factory personnel should frequently check the hot area of leaks during routine inspections. In addition to regular use of FID, Gas Find IR should be used to establish the advantage of rapid detection. |
