This study takes the private T University in Southern Taiwan as a case study to explore the increasingly severe business environment of higher education, even facing the huge challenge of survival crisis, the president of T school and its core members, in February 2019 From January 2021, the various strategies and effectiveness analysis adopted on the topic of organizational and personnel reform in the school. Through the qualitative research of the literature analysis method and the participation observation method, this study found that the T University’s policy promotion of organizational Reengineering and personnel reforms basically achieved a certain degree of results, but how to take into account the relevant government organizations and personnel laws and regulations, and On the premise of maintaining the rights and interests of members, further strengthening the core team of school affairs in the implementation of related policies should be a serious issue that T University should face in the future. |
