目的:以系統性回顧方式探討籃球小場比賽(small-sided game, SSG)訓練的可量化變項〔形式(format)、場地尺寸(pitch size)、相對分配空間(area-per-player)、每組運動時間、組間休息時間與工作休息比(work-rest ratio)〕,各別對平均心跳率、血乳酸濃度、選手負荷(Player Load, PL)與運動自覺強度(rating of perceived exertion, RPE)的影響。方法:於PubMed、Scopus與MEDLINE電子資料庫,搜索2006年1月至2021年9月止間所有文獻。結果:相對分配空間大於52.5 m2/人時,有誘發較高之平均心跳率、血乳酸濃度、RPE與PL之趨勢。而工作休息比大於1:0.75時,似乎亦可誘發較高的平均心跳率與RPE,以及較低的PL。結語:在籃球SSG的可量化訓練變項中,相對分配空間與工作休息比,可能會影響訓練負荷的高低。不過,未來仍須有研究針對前述兩種訓練變項進行探究,以釐清其確切效應。 |

Purpose: This systematic review investigated the influence of basketball small-sided game (SSG) quantifiable training vari-ables (format, pitch size, area-per-player, work duration, rest duration, and work-rest ratio) on mean heart rate, blood lactate con-centration (La), PlayerLoad, and rating of perceived exertion (RPE). Methods: PubMed, Scopus, and MEDLINE databases were used to search for original studies which published from January 2006 to September 2021. Results: The higher area-per-player (> 52.5 m2/player) tends to induce a higher mean heart rate, La, RPE, and PlayerLoad. When the work-rest ratio is higher than 1: 0.75, the mean heart rate and RPE tends to elevate, but the PlayerLoad tends to be lower. Conclusion: Among those quantifiable training variables of basketball SSG, it seems that only the area-per-player and the work-rest ratio would affect the training loads. However, future research needs to conduct further clarifying the specific effects of these two variables. |
