門診抽血櫃台常接獲病人客訴抱怨,因此提升人員與病人的溝通能力對檢驗科是非常重要。希望藉由臨床測驗評量(OSCE),利用標準化病人(SP),探討以OSCE教案來評量與訓練學員的溝通技巧。受測者為PGY學員,由各站考官與SP依評分表給予適當評分。本科OSCE定為教學型,完成第一次測試後,會檢討優缺點及教育訓練,再執行第二次測試,比較兩次的成績。研究結果為第二次各站測試的成績%(89,93,93,96,82)都高於第一次各站成績%(84,64,83,88,77)。結論是可透過OSCE來提昇人員溝通技巧的能力。
英文摘要
Outpatient blood collection counter is the most commonly place to receive complaints from patients. As a result, improving the communication skill ability between phlebotomists and patients is critical for Department of Laboratory Medicine. The experiment by using Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE), which includes use of standardized patient (SP), to teach for training and assessment of new member to evaluate OSCE assessment ability and efficiency. PGY members are selected as examinees. The instructor and standardized patient at each workstation will grade each examinee based on the clinical examination checklist. Because OSCE is defined as learning tool in the Department of Laboratory Medicine, the advantages and disadvantages of the examinee are discussed after the first evaluation. Then the examinee is educated and training based on the result of first evaluation. After training, a second evaluation is given. Comparing the two results. The score of the second examination at 5 station(%:89,93,93,96,82 )is higher than the score of the first examination at 5 station:%(84,64,83,88,77). The result shows that can use OSCE to educate and improve the ability of communication skill for phlebotomist.
