英文摘要 |
The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationship among motivation, barrier factor, and satisfaction of college students toward participating service-learning courses. Questionnaires were used for data collection in the survey. Participants included 1,028 students from six private colleges and universities in Taiwan. Results indicate that there is a significantly positive relationship between motivation and satisfaction, while the relationship between barrier factor and satisfaction, and motivation and barrier factor toward servicelearning courses is significantly negative. Motivation and barrier factor have a significant influence on satisfaction towards service-learning. In addition, the barrier factor plays a mediating role in the relationship between motivation and satisfaction toward service-learning. According to the findings, some suggestions for future research for service-learning are recommended. |
