As the promotion of Domestic Violence Prevention Act, the group guidance of domestic violence respondent has been around for years. The main purpose of this research is to explore the counselors’ experience in leading the group of the domestic violence respondent. In this study, the qualitative interviewing method was conducted by means of intentional sampling and snowballing, and a semi-structured interview was conducted with five counselors. The thematic analysis method was used for data processing. The results of the study were those: (1) The counselors’ project design in leading the group of the domestic violence respondent. (2) The counselors’ strategies and techniques in leading the group of the domestic violence respondent. (3) The understanding and re-recognition of the domestic violence respondent. (4) The counselors’ sense of efficacy mobile history of leading the domestic violence respondent group. (5) The experience and coping of the counselors in the system cooperation during the process of leading the group of the domestic violence respondent. (6) The counselors’ feeling and reflection toward the system cooperation during the process of leading the group of the domestic violence respondent. Accordingly, we drew the conclusions: (1) The counselors developed leading methods adapting to the group of the domestic violence respondent, (2) the counselors’ perspective of seeing domestic violence respondent went through changing, (3) using diverse resources, the counselors’ sense of efficacy of leading the domestic violence respondent group enhanced. and (4) the system cooperation went smoothly as the time went on, but it still remained improvable spaces. Based on the above-metioned research results, several suggestions are proposed for future researchers and practical workers.
