本文著重介紹吳雄志教授應用甘露消毒丹及其二十四種加減法，筆者予以整理歸納，管窺其法，從而為臨床醫生拓展臨證思維，提升臨證能力。

This article mainly introduces professor Wu Xiongzhi's clinical experience in Ganluxiaodu Pills and its twenty-four methods of addition and subtuaction. This article collated the experience,so that it could help clinical doctor broaden their way of thinking of the treatment,improve the curative effect and treat more patients.
