本文探討鍼刺工具初始樣貌，並認為鍼刺起源應與東亞南方刺青文化有關。繼而談及回歸原典文本，可以重新建構鍼灸穴位的面貌。透過探討醫經原典，重建醫史，考察醫療技術核心，釐清貽誤，有助提升臨床療效。

This article aims to clarify the origins of acupuncture. In this article, authors considered that the acupuncture and tattoo culture come from the same technique. Besides, the authors claim the importance of studying the canons and literatures. By reading carefully about the medical canons, we can improve the efficacy and efficient of clinical medicine.
