晚清名醫唐宗海《醫易通說》對《易經》陰陽學說的析論與發揚

The Analysis and Application of Yin-Yang Theory in Yi-Ching from Late Qing Physician TANG Chung-Hai

晚清名醫唐宗海《醫易通說》一書中以「中西匯通」、「醫易會通」兩者為思想理論主軸，期能尊經宗典，探本求源，商量醫理，融裁古今，參酌西學，吐故納新，以救人濟世為職務，以傳承軒岐為胸襟。本文除梳理唐宗海醫學著作，並針對《易經》「陰陽學說」與中醫系統醫學基礎理論為主要研究對象，闡述考察唐氏《醫易通說》書中醫源於《易》，醫通於《易》之「陰陽學說」內涵底蘊，冀對後學行醫之路，自此條理分明，綱目張舉，晦者明，隱者見，巨細通融，總是他山之石，可以攻玉；斷流之水，可以鑒形，盡窺得其奧，以免有渴而鑿井，鬪而鑄兵之憾。

The theory of ''Integrative Medicine'' and ''Medicine-Yi Interaction'' in the book entitled ''Medicine and Yi in General Science'' by Late Qing physician TANG Ching-Hai, is well known now. This article aims to establish the system of analysis and application from TANG' s Yin-Yang medical thoughts, and let us to know the Yin-Yang in Yi-Ching. So that we can know more about medicine-yi interaction in integrative medicine.
