影響AI於醫療機構實施與擴散之關鍵因素：單一醫學中心的導入經驗

The critical factors affecting the deployment and scaling of artificial intelligence in healthcare: The practical experience of a single medical center

醫療與科技是台灣兩大具世界競爭力的產業，發展醫療AI將是台灣絕佳時機，因此從經濟發展角度，推動醫療AI刻不容緩。然而，醫療AI雖有許多研究上之突破，但真正落地為醫療機構廣泛使用仍不多見。本研究以台灣一家導入15種醫療AI之醫學中心為基礎，從醫療AI之利害關係人之角度，包含政府、醫療機構、使用者、廠商，探討發展與落地醫療AI之考量，進而提出關鍵影響因素。期望本論文可以作為醫療機構導入與擴散使用醫療AI之重要參考。

Healthcare AI is considered to be one of industries where AI has the most opportunities for development. Healthcare and technology are Taiwan's two world-competitive industries. The development of healthcare AI will be an excellent opportunity for Taiwan. Therefore, from the perspective of economic development, it is urgent to promote healthcare AI. However, although healthcare AI has many breakthroughs in research and pilot projects, it is still rare actually and broadly used in healthcare settings. Based on a medical center in Taiwan that has introduced a variety of healthcare AI into practice, we discusses and analyzes its concerns and pain points in the development of medical AI from the perspective of the stakeholders of healthcare AI, including the government, healthcare institutions, users (healthcare workers), and AI providers, and conducted ten key influencing factors. It is hoped that this paper can serve as an important reference for the adoption and scaling of healthcare AI in hospital.
