醫療院所門診醫囑組套建置之研究

The Study of Establishment of Outpatient Medical Order Kit for Hospital Outpatients

大型醫院的門診人數日益增加，使得門診醫療人員工作時數經常超載，而影響到整體醫療品質，故本研究運用資料探勘方式搜尋長期看診資料已建立門診看診組套，可協助醫師看診方便性進而節省醫師開立處方、檢查與檢驗的時間。本研究以台灣某區域教學醫院的門診就診資料庫為依據，針對門診所開立過的藥品與處置項目，利用資料探勘技術裡的分類功能，依疾病別做為分類基礎，再分出全院性、科別與醫師別這三種類別，並分別計算出各類別每個項目所使用過的執行機率，再依照執行機率的高低排序在醫囑系統中，以增加醫師看診的便利性。

Due to growth of patients, overworking of medical staffs influence s medical quality. The aim of this study was to improve the efficiency of diagnosis and avoid medical malpractice. Appling the medical records from a regional teaching hospital in Taiwan, this research made use of data mining to analyze the use pattern of medical order and examination items according to different diseases. The probability of medical order items was calculated according to three categories, including total hospital, divisions and doctor. The medical order system shows the medical items based on high executed items to improve the efficiency of medical processes.
