The purpose of this study is to understand the mental health problems of college students in mainland China under the COVID-19, and to explore the influence of exercise intervention on the mental health of college students through literature analysis. The study suggests that increasing knowledge and beliefs about mental health may encourage college students with mental health problems to seek appropriate help. Although there is still a lack of a comprehensive explanation of the relationship between physical exercise and mental health, but many studies have shown that appropriate physical exercise has an important value for the improvement of mental health. It is suggested that the school should use the network platform to comprehensively screen the psychological status of students, and use modern technology to improve the psychological counseling; Students themselves should choose suitable exercise methods under the epidemic situation, and combine exercise, diet control and psychological counseling to improve their mental health problems. At the same time, it is also very important to develop good sleeping and living habits. |
