本論文探討個性化數位光柵立體印刷與人工智慧(AI)技術的結合應用。隨著數位印刷技術和個性化商品需求的不斷提高,數位光柵立體印刷技術實現3D效果和個性化圖像製作。數位光柵立體印刷的基本原理是通過光柵板透鏡折射來創造具有深度效果的圖像。本文利用AI技術產生圖像及立體深度圖來縮短製作數位光柵立體圖像時間,數位印刷機個性化單張也能印製大幅降低印製成本,主要是數位印刷機的解析度提升及光柵板材料選定不受限制,加上可印製白墨。而數位印刷機RIP參數設定是本研究的核心問題,本研究選定手機背蓋光柵立體裝飾圖為個性化商品,配合手機背蓋規格選用0.25mm141LPI及0.35mm100LPI兩種光柵板,經實驗結果當選用0.25mm141LPI光柵板時RIP設定參數以過網線數175線角度K45C75M15Y90為視覺最佳化。選用0.35mm100LPI光柵板RIP設定參數以200線角度K45C75M15Y90為視覺最佳化。
英文摘要
This paper explores the combination of personalized digital lenticular printing and artificial intelligence (AI) technology. With the continuous increase in the demand for digital printing technology and personalized products, lenticular printing technology achieves 3D effects and personalized image production. The basic principle of digital lenticular printing is to create images with depth effects through lens refraction of lenticular sheet uses AI technology to generate images and depth map images to shorten the time for producing lenticular stereoscopic images. The personalized single sheet of digital printing machine can also be printed and greatly reduced the printing cost. The main reason is that the resolution of the digital printing machine is improved and the selection of lenticular sheet materials is not limited, and white ink can be printed. The RIP parameter setting of digital printing press is the core issue of this study. In this study, the three-dimensional decorative diagram of the back cover of the mobile phone was selected as a personalized product. In combination with the back cover specifications of the mobile phone, two lenticular sheet were selected. According to experimental results, when the 0.25mm141LPI lenticular sheet was selected, the RIP setting parameters were visually optimized by 175 lpi angles K45C75M15Y90. Select the 0.35mm100LPI lenticular sheet RIP setting parameters to optimize the visually with 200 lpi angle K45C75M15Y90.
